Some users in the Philippines are unable to connect to Slack

From July 26, 2025 at around 3:00 PM PDT until around 4:32 PM PDT on July 27, 2025, some users in the Asia-Pacific (specifically the Philippines) regions may have encountered trouble connecting to or loading Slack.

We don't have any new information on the connectivity issues in the Philippines, but we're focused on getting things back to normal as quickly as we can. Changing to a mobile device or changing networks continues to be a workaround.
Thanks for sticking with us as we continue to work towards a fix. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
